As soon as you arrive to this town, you will inmediately notice the biggest colony of the famous Galapagos Sea Lion, they are literally lying around everywhere. Most restaurants, bars, hotels and souvenir shops are situated very close from the pier on this small town. There is a huge variety of wildlife all over San Cristobal Island like blue-footed boobies, Frigate birds, marine iguanas or the endemic San Cristobal mockingbird that can only be found on this Island.
